Definition:
Full proxy is a new service of Neoscriber for EICs, which allows them to log in on behalf of a user (without knowing their username or password). It should be noted that all of the actions of EIC during proxy-enabled modes will be recorded in history. Besides, an EIC can only proxy on users with lower roles like AEs, reviewers, and authors.
How to do proxy?
- Login with EIC account > Go to "User Admin" > Open "People List" > Search desired person > Click "Proxy (in Journal)"
How to Exit from Proxy mode?
- Sign out from the top-right pane
