Implication for health policy/practice/research/medical educationMethamphetamine injection is a newly emerged health problem which is associated with spread of blood-borne infection diseases but there is a paucity of research on this issue in Iran. The present paper emphasizes urgent need for research on this issue for it important treatment and health implications.
