Abstract

Background: Most reports indicate a relationship between age and complications of pregnancy and delivary in primigravidas. Objective: To determine a relationship between complications of pregnancy and delivary with the factor of age. Methods: In this research, fills of two groups of primigravidas (case group women less than 20 and above 30, and control group: women between 20 to 30) were studied. Findings: Among 617 primigravidas, with age mean of (22.2×2.1) the case group had some kind of complication in comparison with the control group. Conclusion: The results indicated the importance of as a leading factor in complications of pregnancy and delivary.
