Aim & scope
The Journal of Reports in Pharmaceutical Sciences (JRPS) is a continuous, peer-reviewed journal publishing multidisciplinary research that advances pharmaceutical sciences and supports evidence-based practice. JRPS considers original work that is not published or under review elsewhere and prioritizes novelty, methodological rigor, and translational or clinical relevance.

- Drug discovery & computational design: medicinal chemistry, SAR, molecular modeling, in silico methods, and drug design
- Pharmaceutics & biopharmaceutics: formulation science, dosage forms, biopharmacy, stability, and performance evaluation
- Drug delivery & nanotechnology: targeted/controlled delivery systems, nano-enabled platforms, characterization, and in vitro/in vivo assessment
- Natural products & pharmacognosy: phytochemistry, isolation and characterization of bioactive compounds, standardization, and quality evaluation
- Pharmaceutical biotechnology: biopharmaceutical development, recombinant technologies, biosimilars, bioprocessing, and formulation aspects of biologics
- Pharmacology & toxicology: mechanistic pharmacology, experimental therapeutics, safety pharmacology, and toxicological assessment
- Clinical pharmacy & outcomes: pharmacotherapy, medication safety, drug utilization, adherence, and outcomes/practice-based research
Article types
JRPS accepts the following manuscript types:
- Original Research Article: Full reports of novel, unpublished findings supported by robust methodology and appropriate analysis.
- Review Article: Comprehensive, critical syntheses of the literature that identify current evidence, gaps, and future directions.
- Short Communication: Brief reports of timely, significant findings or preliminary results that merit rapid dissemination.
- Case Report/Case Series (Clinical Pharmacy): Clinically relevant cases with clear educational value and implications for practice.
- Letter to the Editor: Concise, evidence-based commentary on recently published articles or topical issues within the journal’s scope.
