Cerimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever
Abstract
The patient is a 67 years old man who called on a doctor at emergency ward at Shefa hospital following backing from Mecca because of suffering from fever, shivering, dyspnea and coughing. He was admitted in medical ward with initial pneumonia diagnosis but immediately transferred to ICU and connected to ventilator because he becomes worse. After that he was caused kidney and hemorrhagic problems. He finally died because of DIC and severs hypotension. Traveling to endemic areas in where hemorrhagic fever diseases were spreaded and signs of hemorrhage were seemed was reason for writers to research CCHF base the case study. The article will present more detail.
