Results: For data analysis descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution and percentage) and chi-square test and Pearson coefficient was used. According to the results, the majority of patients were male (76.6%) and middle-aged (53.1). Of 175 patients studied, 132 (75.4%) had warning sign two weeks before the cardiac event and 43 (24.6%) were without symptoms. Conclusion: In total, these results showed that most heart patients in the days before a heart attack have warning symptoms most of them did not pay attention to symptoms and did not refer to the medical center.
