Journal Title Change Announcement

Dear Readers,

Through this official announcement, we are excited to announce that based on the decision made by the journal editorial board, the title will be altered in Sep 2023. It means that from 12(2), all articles will be published under the new title. We hope that by changing the title, its international representation will be increased and improved. The process to change the title and scope was led by Dr. Seyed Behnamedin Jameie, Dr. Mona Farhadi and some of our distinguished editors spent considerable time evaluating the name and scope change and how it would impact the journal and readership. Finally, the changes were approved by the Editorial Board and the Publisher.  
The old title of this journal was a well-known journal among all researchers in the field of medical sciences since 2012. We continue our commitments towards a double-blind peer-reviewed journal for original research articles and review articles in all areas of Neuroanatomy, Celluar and molecular Neurobiology, Neurodevelopment biology, Neurophysiology, Neurogenetic, Neurosport physiology, Neuropsychology, Neurology and History of Neuroscience and neuroanatomy. Therefore nothing in the Thrita will be changed and shall be remained as before. However, by this critical change, we could publish more high quality and focused articles in the field of Neuron.
