Factious Hypoglycemia
An 18 years diabetic woman referred to hospital with 3 hypoglycemic attacks during past 6 months. She was a known diabetic case type I which was diagnosed in 5 years ago (in 13 years old) and has treated with insulin. In the last refer she had diaphoresis and loss of conscious which improved after emergency laboratory testes and infusion of hypertonic glucose.
