Introduction
Experimental
- Group I: normal control rats, received normal saline (10 mL/kg)
- Group II: diabaetic control rats received normal saline (10 mL/kg)
- Group III: diabaetic rats received glibenclamide (2 mg/kg/day, p.o.), 6 days after alloxan administration
- Group IV: diabaetic rats received MSLA (300 mg/kg/day, p.o.), 6 days after alloxan administration
