International Cardiovascular Research Journal (ICRJ) is an international, peer-reviewed, English-language journal dedicated to advancing knowledge in cardiovascular medicine and surgery. Established in 2007, the journal serves as a scientific platform for the dissemination of high-quality research and scholarly contributions in the field of cardiovascular sciences.

The journal aims to publish clinically relevant and scientifically robust studies that contribute to the understanding, diagnosis, prevention, and management of cardiovascular diseases. It promotes the integration of clinical practice and research by supporting the exchange of knowledge among clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals worldwide.

  • Cardiovascular Medicine, including clinical cardiology, preventive cardiology, heart failure, arrhythmias, hypertension, and vascular diseases.
  • Cardiovascular Surgery, including surgical techniques, outcomes research, perioperative care, and innovations in cardiac and vascular surgery.
  • Translational and Experimental Research, including studies bridging basic science and clinical applications in cardiovascular health and disease.
  • Diagnostic and Therapeutic Advances, including imaging, interventional cardiology, and novel treatment strategies.

Article Types

International Cardiovascular Research Journal (ICRJ) publishes a diverse range of article types to support the dissemination of high-quality scientific and clinical knowledge in cardiovascular medicine and surgery.

The journal aims to keep clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals informed of the latest interdisciplinary advances in cardiovascular science, including diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive, and surgical approaches.
