Reverse values of activity (1/V) and substrate concentration (1/S) w/v: 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5, 2.0%, 2.5% are plotted in absence of aspalathin ((♦, and presence of three different concentrations of aspalathin: 50 µM (■), 100 µM (▲), 150µM (■).
