The journal prioritizes the publication of innovative, methodologically robust, and clinically meaningful studies that contribute to improving health outcomes in infants, children, and adolescents worldwide.

The journal aims to serve as a leading platform for interdisciplinary and translational research that bridges clinical practice, public health, and policy in pediatrics.
