The first biopsy was taken from lesion for pathological examination and the second one from antrum for ureas test. Findings: Out of 60 patients with definite cancer, the most prevalent area was cardia (26.6%) and the most prevalent kind of lesion was ulceractive (50%). The prevalence of H. pylori infection was totally 51.7%. H. pylori were more seen in antrum and infilterative lesions.
