After the second follow up regarding another concern about "Patient Informed Consent" in this publication, we concluded that despite a written statement by the corresponding author, no informed consent was obtained from the authorized organization. Therefore and with respect to the previous malpractice of authorship (Case #402462), lack of informed consent, and written request from the corresponding author (Case #405273, Date: 27-11-2019) this article is retracted from further publication process. However, the corresponding author stated that "Written informed consent was obtained from the patient". All authors were informed of the retraction and retraction notice in advance of publication.
