Abstract

Background: Evaluation of patient care can lead to finfing out weakness and strengths of the care in order to increase the quality of services. Objective: To evaluate the quality of patients cares with continuous bladder irrigation. Methods: In an analytic-descriptive research, 48 patients with continuous bladder irrigation who suffered from urologic disorders were studied. Data gathering was based on a checklist with 186 quantitiv and qualitive criteria contaning seven parts. Findings: Findings indicated that stuctural standars were 100% benificial. Quality of structures and cares were 72.9% satisfactory. There was a significant relationship between using structural standards anmd quality of care process (p= 0.007). Conclusion: The quality of the care in that hospital was satisfactory.
