Abstract
Abstract Background: IgA deficiency is a common type of primary immunodeficiency syndrom. Clinical manifestation of this disease is chronic and recurrent sinopulmonary infection and diarrea.This report describes a case of IgA deficiency with chronic and recurrent paranasal synositis , pneumonia and diarrea.
