Abstract

Diagnosis of acute toxoplasmosis during pregnancy is important because of the risk of congenital toxoplasmosis and teratogenicity of pyrimethamine particularly in the early months of pregnancy . Incorrect results of diagnostic tests can complicate the diagnosis and treatment of toxoplasmosis during this period . In this paper, a pregnant woman is presented with ocular toxoplasmosis that her diagnosis and treatment was difficult b ecause of the mixed results of the tests .
