Abstract

Radicular cysts associated with deciduous teeth are rare. This report discusses a case of radicular cyst associated with a right mandibular second deciduous molar in a 12 year old boy referred for delayed eruption of second permanent premolar and rapid growth of the cyst after pulpotomy. The treatment included enucleation of the cyst and removal of the associated tooth.
