Abstract
infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, amenorrhea and a poor outcome
in pregnancy. True diverticulum is an exceedingly rare anomaly and is like a tubular formation
connected to uterine cavity that ends in a cul-de sac and It is not classified as any of mullerian duct
anomalies. In this article a case of uterine diverticulum rupture due to pregnancy in a 19 years old
woman with nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain is reported. Although rare, in complicated
pregnancy we should think to genital tract anomalies.
