This important achievement further strengthens the journal’s international standing. Health Scope is already indexed in the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) within the Web of Science Core Collection and has received a 2025 Journal Citation Reports™ Impact Factor of 1.4.
Following a comprehensive evaluation by the Scopus Content Selection & Advisory Board (CSAB), Health Scope successfully met Scopus’ rigorous selection criteria for scientific quality, editorial standards, publication ethics, and relevance to the international research community.
A Recognition of Scientific Quality
In its evaluation, the Scopus review committee highlighted several strengths of the journal, including:
- A well-defined research mission that is consistently reflected in the published content.
- Clear aims and scope aligned with the journal’s publications.
- Strong consistency between the journal’s objectives and the scientific articles it publishes.

Coverage Beginning from 2022
According to the official Scopus decision, coverage of Health Scope will begin from 2022. As a result, all articles published in the journal from 2022 onward will be indexed in Scopus, substantially increasing their visibility, accessibility, and citation opportunities within the global scientific community.
