Abstract

1. Ultrasonography
2. X-ray CT-scanning
3. MRI
Dye injection especially in X-ray CT is necessary.
Shape, size, number and adjacent pathology are important in staging.
They are common in lymphoma, NHL, tongue and nasopharynx C.A, SCC, metastatic.
MRI is more sensitive for detection of nodes than CT.
MRI is for better delineation of nodes.
