Abstract
Data was collected by self-report method,Personal information questionnaire, frequency record of unintended consequences and standardized standard of nurses' perception of environmental conditions.Using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation and frequency) and inferential statistics (Chi-square, Spearman correlation coefficient, independent t-test and Mann-Whitney test), the data were analyzed.
Also, there was a significant difference between the mean scores of physician and nurse communication in the nurses' group (p = 0.04).
