Abstract
Methods: This descriptive- analytic study was done with 872 samples in 2013 with as census sampling in physicians, nurses, and Para clinical personnel. Data collection was carried by using the Hospital Survey of Patient Safety Culture questionnaire (HSOPSC). Data were analyzed by the software for Windows, ver. 20by using Chi-square, Mann–Whitney U, kruskal-wallis and correlation coefficient tests.
Results: Among the dimensions of patients' safety culture in Kermanshah hospitals 49.7% was suitable and 50.3 % inappropriate. No significant statistical difference were seen in all hospitals. Findings of this study be shown there is no correlation were been in patient safety culture and gender, employment status, level of literacy and duty classification )P>0/05).
