Abstract
Sciences universities of Kermanshah.
Methods: this is a descriptive-analytical of cross sectional study. The research sample consisted of 282 nurses in intensive care units and ordinary randomly selected from among nurses in health centers Kermanshah and responded to the questionnaire .
Data using both descriptive statistics and inferential statistics SPSS 20 software using independent t-test, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analyzes were performed.
Results: The result showed that between coping style and perceived stress coping style and perceived stress avoidance relation does not exist (P<0.05) and it was a positive significant relation between excitement circuit styles and intensity of perceived stress (P<0.01) also it was a negative significant relation between issue circuit coping style and perceived stress intensity (P<0.01)
Conclusion: Stress can have negative impacts on clinical practice and mental health of nurses and implementation of an efficient coping strategies to reduce stress and improve mental health nurses can help to increasing the quality of nursing care.
