The NEO Personality Inventory data collection tool properties (NEO) and social laziness sets. Reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated. Descriptive statistics (percentage, mean, standard deviation and variance) and
inferential statistics for research hypotheses test (Pearson correlation coefficient and regression) were used to analyze data from SPSS18 software.
Results: Results showed that among all the independent variables, personality traits (Neuroticism, Extraversion, and Openness to Experience, Agreeableness and Conscientiousness) to a variable relationship with the dependent variable, Openness to Experience There is social laziness (P<0.05).
