Abstract

There are alloantibody in the patient with hematologic disorders like acute leukemia and multiple blood transfusion. These alloantibodies are IgM and IgG antibodies against
alloantigens of platelets like HLA antigen.

Platelets resistant was detected in 2-30% of patients with blood transfusion and in 50% patients case a unsuitable respond to platelet transfusion in patients.

In this descriptive analytic Study anti platlet antibodes were detected by lymphocytotoxicity method in 18 patients that received blood and blood components in Imam Reza and Taleghani hospitals.

Anti HLA antibodies detected in 9 of 18 sample of patients with blood disorder and malignance. The mean of old in samples was 24.5 years.

Anti HLA antibodies were detected in 50% of study patients. There were not significant related in anti HLA antibodies and FFP, platelet rates and times of hospitalization. But between ratty and times of pack cell transfusion and anti HLA antibodies a significant related was seen.
