The data were collected and analyzed by survival analysis. Findings: According to the finding, the mean age of the subjects was 25.7×5.78. It was found that the probablity of expulsion is 4.97 per 100 person-year, accumulated incidence rate 11.1%, failure rate 39 per 100 person-year, and the average of life span is about 13-18 months. Conclusion: Expulsion is highest in the first year of use. If cases are carefully chosen for implantation, the effective life of the device will increase.
