Meta-Analysis Workshops
Meta-analysis exists because evidence multiplies faster than it resolves: studies on the same clinical question routinely disagree, and the growing range of available technologies makes decisions harder rather than easier. These workshops taught researchers how to pool and interpret that evidence, in Review Manager and in STATA.

Medical evidence accumulates quickly and studies on the same question often disagree, which makes choosing the right treatment for a given patient progressively harder. This course taught meta-analysis as the method for resolving that, applied to medical data in Review Manager.
Sessions: 1 October 2015, 14 January 2016, and as a scheduled open course.
Meta-Analysis in STATA
Software: STATAMedical data
The same methodological ground — pooling results across studies to support clinical and research decisions — taught in STATA rather than Review Manager, for researchers already working in that environment.
