Peer Review Workshops
Peer review is one of the most effective instruments a journal has for raising its quality, and authors who understand what reviewers are asked to do improve their own chances of acceptance. Brieflands taught it as an open course and as invited workshops at universities, research centres and scientific societies across Iran.

Peer Review — Open Course

Peer review is among the most fundamental instruments for raising the quality of a journal and the satisfaction of its authors. Equally, authors who understand what a reviewer is asked to do substantially improve their own chances of acceptance. This course taught the principles from both sides, and carried five retraining credits in the national continuing medical education system.
