Abstract

NeoScriber 2025.2 brings better security, faster payments, real-time updates, and a new publish site for a smoother journal experience.

To evolve with the changing paradigms of academic publishing through consistent and agile development of our journal management system, NeoScriber. NeoScriber Version 2025.2 is a robust update bringing various new features and improvements that help increase editorial efficiency, security, and overall user experience. Here’s a breakdown of what’s new in this update.

Adding QA in Proof

In the final stages of publication accuracy and quality are paramount. We’ve also added Quality assurance (QA) in proof with this update; editorial teams across the globe can now get more checks before articles are finalized & published. This improvement prevents mistakes and guarantees that authors, editors, and production teams can work together more efficiently, ensuring high standards in scholarly publishing.

Running Services on a New Server

We migrated NeoScriber’s core services to a new, high-performance server to improve performance and scalability. This means faster load times, less downtime, greater stability, and a better collaborative system environment for the author/reviewer/editor even during peak usage hours.

Implementation of the New Publish Site

Perhaps the most exciting update in this release is the launch of our new publish site. Designed to provide a more modern, user-friendly, and feature-rich interface, the new site enhances the reading experience, improves article discoverability, and offers better navigation for researchers, authors, and journal administrators.

We invite all users—authors, reviewers, and editors—to explore these new features and experience the enhanced capabilities of NeoScriber. As always, we welcome feedback and look forward to continuing our journey toward innovation in academic publishing.
